DISRESPECTFUL STORE ASSISTANT

I went to collect my wedding ring which I had bought from them and had to sent to be resized at Mall of the south store and was for the first time treated like a piece of trash after many interactions with different ladies I would find there. Yesterday Tebogo handed me my ring in a see through plastic bag, when I asked shouldn't my ring come in a box seeing that it's brand new and comes form a reputable jeweller. She rudely stated that NO it shouldn't, to my surprise we went on to argue because I wasn't satisfied. Thandazile(her colleague) came to my rescue and profusely apologized on Tebogo's behalf, went on to test all the diamonds on my ring and explained how the diamond tester works, told me how to take care of my pricey purchase and put it in a box and black branded plastic. Had Thandazile not come I would've walked having NOT received an apology or even a decent customer experience. I'm super disappointed!
