Dishonest Staff

I write this complaint with utter shock & dismay.<br> On 8 Feb, I came to purchase a braclet for my wife, I asked the lady for a gold braclet & was told that they donot have one.<br> So, I go check other stores, come back to American Swiss (check your camera footage, I was in the store for at least 3 times).<br> Another lady then helps me and I see some specials for up to 70% off & I see a braclet & I again tell the lady I am looking for something Gold & she shows me one of them which was around R450, I though with the discount, could be the price.<br> I asked if it was Gold and was told yes.<br> So I purchase it & she tells me that I got a further discount, thinking I have a bargain.<br> I only realized that it was not Gold when I saw the receipt after Valentines day as it said scarlet - I was shocked and dismayed...<br> Is this the calibre of service that you get from American Swiss? That you are **** to as a customer (and its my fault, I should have checked but trusted the sales person)???<br> I deal with other stores:Arthur Kaplin, Sterns, NWJ etc - never have I been **** & cheated as a customer.<br> Please treat this as serious, I wish not to be called either - just shocked<br> I will even close my account
