Disgusting service/misinformation from American Swiss

The service I received from the American Swiss in Gateway was appalling. I spoke to a consultant and enquired about the personalised jewellery. She advised me that the chain that comes with the personalised jewellery is of good quality and made a comparison with one of the chains in store. I received the personalised chain today and I was disgusted with the quality. The chain is so thin and looks ****. The name pendant is so flimsy and is of poor quality. I have been purchasing goods from this store all my life and trusted the quality of the items. This service from staff members are poor and it seems like they dont have a knowledge of the products that are sold st the store. I am fully aware of the return policy and the terms and conditions and I will not accept anything other than a full refund or a proper product. I will not accept a chain that looks **** for the money that I have spent at American Swiss.
