Disgusting service

American Swiss, Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth your service is poor. I must say you catch the customer with your smiles but you can't help the customer when the the customer needs help. What happened to the customer is Always right. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this place they are poor in their customer service. So here is the full story..

A few days before Valentines.. mY Husband decided to buy himself a watch , I went to a different shop, from him he came running to me do you want a watch, I said yes he asked my daughter she said yes, he then ran back to the shop.

However he came out after he bought everything as we were now waiting outside the American Swiss...

On the morning of Valentine he hands me the gifts and one specific box was wrapped as that one was the suprise cause I knew about the watch and perfume. When I opened it up I saw that it's earrings without studs, I then asked him does it come like this he said he doesn't know...

We then went to the shop days later and I went and asked the lady who assisted him she wasn't to friendly this time around hahaha and told me the actual lady that did the sale that day was day off. My husband said she was the one who wrapped the gifts the one who I spoke to.

Days went by... I went again and asked this time around she took my phone number as the Manager will phone me..

Don't you think this Manager phone me to ask did I look right in the box, didn't I loose it, didn't I perhaps let it fall, and whole lot of **** actually trying to manipulate the whole thing like I stole it... I then told her we were three people who saw that there was nothing in the box..

The following day she phoned again and said her Area Manager which I dealt with in the past already said I should look right... so here I started to boil... I told her julle steel julle eie goeters nou Wil jy vir my sê ek moet reg kyk ek is Mos nie blind nie man nog te min vertraag.... I told her I'm not leaving it as such I will take it further.. I did file a complaint... am still waiting....

Today 26 February my Husband went to the Shop to ask what the outcome was... This rude one told him she's first attending to customers he must wait, so Wie is hy Dan not a customer verder sê sy vir die Ander man wat daar werk skryf af die Email address en lê a complaint...
