Disgusting service

i went to American Swiss at Game City on Friday 5.6.2015 my husband wanted to pay his account, we received the most appaling service from the colored consultant, pity i did not take down her name, when we gave her our card and the money she said that we can not pay our account as the system will not allow us to pay the account as it is a new account?????? we received an sms from you guys saying that we need to make a payment of R315 and when we come to pay our account you refuse to take our money?? she was rude and everytime i asked her a question she either ignored me or said well the system is telling me you can not pay your account. i went to the Chatsworth branch the very next day and made a successful payment with no issues< so what system was she using? i am a manager for customer care for a well known company and i am yet to ever experiance such poor service like the service i received from Game City American Swiss. i hope you guys have camera's at your store so that you can see the type of service this person is giving your customers.
