Disgusted with service and piercings

I went for my piercings at American Swiss, Mooirivier Mall in Potchefstroom. Firstly they did not give me any consent form to fill in. Secondly they did not give me any after care instructions or aftercare lotion or gel. Lastly they did not put the piercings in at the same time so the one earring was too low and the other one did not go through straight. It caused a lot of swelling and pain and I had to take them out to heal a week later. A month later I went to another place to do it over. Paid the same price. Got aftercare lotion for free with the aftercare instructions. No swelling or pain even the day after.
