Disgusted service

I was at the mall of africa today at 16h00 to collect my jewelery which was in for repairs, I waited until it was my turn with no hustle, the lady that was assisting me was not wearing a name tack but she was very pleasant and helpful. While she was searching for my details I asked for my annerivery ring ring band which I had purchase in February to be polished. To my dismay a very rude and arrogant Vero loudy inserted herself in our conversation saying "the cloth is for the store usage not people". I was very surprised and taken aback by this kind of attitude, treatment to a costumer from this lady as I have been a loyal customer to american swiss mall of africa since it was opened and never have I have been treated in such an appauling manner. I then said I will take this matter up with costumer services and she sarcastically said"go ahead it won't make me enter the heavens". I regret ever going and even left the online personalized purchased deposit without being made because when one is upset and rudely treated in front of other customers one just wants to leave the premise. I guess it's high time one stick to companies like authur kaplan who values the name customer.
