Disgusted customer
Totally discussed brought two rings from high point store had them resized, under artificial lights diamonds looked good, in natural light one of the diamonds was milky and noticeable, stated my concerns no help whatsoever, they will only replace at my cost, the problem could’ve been resolved, all they had to do is replace stone, even showed staff and area manager and they agreed,second ring resizing was all wrong thank god I could get my money back. Please think twice when buying anything from here, quality very poor, read the reviews and take note.

16 May 2019, 12:08I’ve already spoken with Racheal from head office, apparently the diamond is up to specs but in natural light you can see it’s different to the other 4 diamonds, not very happy I was going to leave it as a heirloom. For a $7000.00 ring it shouldn’t have flaws that a that visible. Brought it from the High point Melbourne store
