DISGUSTED

On the 21st July @ 11.45 am I left my engagement ring for resize which the lady has measured and made me try on. As seen on camera footage it was abit hard to come off etc but she assisted me. On the 27th July @ 14.59 I went in to collect my ring to realize that ita not accurate and was lose compare to what I tried the sales person agreed as well. I then requested for it to be resized to the accurate size as it is a very expensive ring. All well was agreed and I told them watch camera footage I'm not lien ul see hence why the sales person agreed. Today I called in at 10.53 spoke to Denise who was rather rude and refused to even listen or assist mentioned she spoke to her area manager and nothing she can do Firstly the ring was R40 000 bought from American swiss I'm utterly disgusted at the way I have being treated also I have pictures of everything
