Disappointed

I recently took my fiancee to American Swiss La lucial in Durban to have her choose a ring, after choosing the ring we asked the price and paid in full, and had to leave it for resizing, we were called to collect and upon our arrival we paid R450 for resizing, we were given the ring in a necklace box yes a necklace box because ring boxes were finished, after spending so much money we cant even get a box for the ring? How am I supposed to go down in one knee with a necklace box, Im just disappointed with the level after sale care not specifically with the store attendant but the brand American Swiss it was than highlighted to me that American Swiss is in need of a major upgrade Im defenetly never buying jewelry from them again makes me wonder if what we bought is authentic as they clam.
