Disappointed
I went to American Swiss all excited, chose the ring and then they told they can't downsize a ring by more than two sizes. They have a standard ring, ONE STANDARD RING and if you want a special order you pay more. I am highly disappointed and irritated they want to charge me more because they can't accommodate their clients. Sucks but what they make money so why care about how a client feels.
