Digits on face of watch falls off made to pay R300

About 4 months ago i took my son's Guess watch to Walmer Park American Park as the numbers on the face of the watch fell off. I was told i would have to pay R300 for the repairs. ( prior to this i took it to another proper jeweller and they said i should demand my money back from American Swiss) How on earth can i be liable for cost of repairs when clearly the watch is **** - expensive but ****. Eventually after me making 10 phonecalls to actually get it repaired,the watch was repaired.(they kept \forgetting"to book the repair or they were just ***********) When we collected the watch we noticed the numbers were glued on backwards and the watch was scratched.!!!!!! Don't even attempt to speak to the idiotic staff and management. They look at you with blank stares on their faces. A few months prior to this i bought a pair of stud earrings and i was still in the shop at the door when i opened the box and there was only 1 earring. They refused to give me another earring - they said i lost it. I was not even out of the shop yet when i saw only the 1 earring. """
