different watch in a different box!!!

i ve ordered a casio edifice model ef- 545d-1avdf from american swiss kimberley Diamond Pavillion for a whooping R4000 cash!! when you shop from a reputable store such american swiss you would expect nothing less but a service of high standard!!! They called me that the watch i ordered has arrived with excitement i rushed there the following day. I checked the dial and everything else but i noticed that the user manual and guarantee booklet was not in the box and was promised that it will be sent to me since the watch came from other store in Cape Town. Literally have i noticed that even the box was not for the watch but rather of the way cheaper one casio edifice ef550d-2avudf!!! I mean how that is possible??!!! I now start wondering whether even the watch itsef that i bought 4000k cash is even a genuine one or a cheap replica!!!
