DELAYED QUOTE ON A WATCH AND AN EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

This is my third complaint about this store and their poor customer service. We took in my husband's Police watch about 4 months ago to get a quote for the replacement of the glass on the watch. Everytime we go to the Greenstone store we never get information on where exactly is our watch and the last time, about a month ago, we instructed them we wanted our watch back but a month later still no sign of the watch. We are sick and tired of their service. In fact it's very poor to us and it has always been. We will never ever again recommend anyone to buy at your store.
