Delayed

I am so disappointed with American Swiss Hemingways mall 😥, I went to purchase a ring on Monday the 7th of November and they did not have it on stock so they promised to make an overnight delivery from the other branches and they made me pay while waiting. They never contacted me the whole week until I went to check by myself on Sunday the 13th and the ring was still not there 😭 what made it even worse is that they ****d to be tracking it and said it's in transit it should arrive by the 14th which it never did 😔.. I had to use the ring on Monday the 14th and I had to proceed with the ceremony without it, the disappointment is on another level 😔

Oh and the lady by the name Lisa called me on Monday midday to apologize and promising that it should be here by Wednesday but I still believe she called me because of my personal visit to the branch on Sunday after they failed to keep updated for the whole week. Anyway my day was ruined
