Day light *******!!

I bought a pair of silver earrings with small stones (not diamonds) in a flower form cluster 3 months ago (I'm still paying it off). Last week I noticed 1 of the stones fell out. I took it to their shop in Waterfall Mall and they advised me it would be sent in for a quotation. This morning I was told it would cost me R500 to repair!!! The pair cost me R299. And regarding the stone that fell out: it is due to poor workmanship, because I only wear them maybe once a week to work.
