DAMAGED AND BROKEN RING,REFUSE TO REPAIR. I HAVE TO PAY.
I bought rings from American Swiss for myself and my wife in Bloemfontein towards the end of August 2020, . After a month and a half some part of the ring broke. Took the ring to American Swiss so it can be fixed, but they couldn't help me(I bought both the rings cash by the way). And now they are telling me I have to pay to have the rings fixed because it wasn't their fault. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and the appalling quality from American Swiss products, disgraceful really.
