<div>I went to remove a link from a watch that was purchased. The store wasn't busy and only 2 consultants with the clients they were helping. Yolanda was one of them that said we are short staff and she will attend to us shortly. We patiently waited our turn nit putting anyone under pressure. She then asked what are you coming to do here and we explained but omg we got the most ugliest look from her. You know that look that someone give without having to say anything. Terrible! She simply just said ask the other lady to assist you. Thank you to Vuyi whom assisted without any questions asked. Yolanda you are giving your store branch a bad name. Terrible customer service.</div>
