Bought my wedding ring cash at American Swiss. I subsequently took the ring for a valuation and resizing to another jewelry store. The jewelry store picked up that the stone in my ring has a crack in the inside of the stone. The crack cannot be seen with the human eye thus we were unaware. American Swiss does not want to fix the ring due to us using another jeweler. However we were not informed that firstly we have a 6month guarantee on the ring and secondly we cannot use other jewelers. This was topped off with a rude response from the store manager. Please people do not buy from American Swiss. They sell defective goods to the public and put policies in place to avoid having to repair their defective goods. They are ******, have probably been for many years. Stay away!
