Cracked White Gold

I sent my white gold ring in for repairs due to a crack in the base where a size adjustment was made, I received it back on the 21st Dec 2015, and was very excited to have my engagement ring back, looking at it the ring was slightly thinner than when I took it in, a week later it started to crack in the same place again, as well as change in colour going dark grey which gold doesnt do i went back on the 2nd Jan and was told that i must go back on the 12th to send it in for repairs again when the workshop is open, this is not the quality my fiance and I expected, we went to American Swiss because they have good quality, i don't want to keep on returning to the shop to have it fixed every time it cracks or gets imperfections in colour.<br> I am very heart sore about this experience as I don't want to have to be without my ring all the time!!! <br>
