Couldn't care less

On the 8 July 2015 I purchased a ring for R6k from American Swiss Matlosana mall Klerksdorp. I was told by Nchoe that the ring will be sent away for sizing and that it will take 2 weeks maximum for the ring to come back. I have not heard anything from them - today is the 30th (22 days later - a little over 3 weeks). I decided to call the store but the phone number is not on the receipt. There is a \Help line"number but you need an account to speak to someone. I checked the website for a customer complaints number - the number provided +27 (0)21 *** does not exist. I phoned a Foshini in Matlosana mall who then put me through to American swiss. I was struggling to understand what the person who was suppose to be assisting me was saying"
