Computer is offline.....but the other one is slow

Visited the American Swiss store in wonder park Letlhogonolo Khuzayo was sitting behind the computer, she did not greed me I greeted her 1st. I wanted to pay my account, so I was told the computer is offline from this morning this was at 13h15 during the day, she told me to go to another store, I asked her how do you guys process sales for the day? I was told o the other computer is working but its slow, laziness and the attitude that goes with that when I asked for her name and surname, No manager on duty?? the 2 other ladies in the store was busy with stock taking.... Its so interesting to know that American Swiss thinks they are doing you a favor by doing their job. I will not pay my account for this month I did the effort like I do monthly to pay my account you guys decided not to accept the payment I belief American Swiss can do a debit and credit on my behalf
