Complaint

I bought a ring in December and the ring has faded Color went to the shop to ask for assistance the cashier was rude not sure of her name she has a blond hair style she then called Kamo to come and assist me that guy was very rude he simply told me that we scratched the ring and they is nothing he can do and also they are no guarantees in there shops if they changed the ring for me so who will they sell it to. I am so disappointed with the service I received from American Swiss at the Glen mall they do not know how to treat customers even their body language they use when speaking to you and they are always ready for fight, I will never buy anything in that shop again because they clearly don’t sell quality good
