<p>These people have no idea how the CPA works but are very quick to refer you to it when they send you sms'es as form of comunication.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the number given on this sms and spoke to a lady who was extremely rude and of no use. I asked her to send me a statement of my account and she said she will not do so as i already have it??? I asked her how am i expected ito the CPA to pay an account if I do not receiv an invoice or statement from them on a monthly basis. (Bearing in mind I have been in Credit for many months and I have been a loyal client of American Swiss for over 20 years). This apparently has no bearing.</p> <p> </p> <p>She then gave me an email account which I have never owned or existed in my entire life. I have one personal email address and have had this for 25 years. She then asked me what it was. I gave her the correct email adress and she then said she will put me through to another division so that they can capture it?? ***? Why did you ask for it in the first place if there is nothing you can do with it??? </p> <p> </p> <p>American Swiss as this country and its service has gone for a bowl of loop and we have no customer service at all. We have people who are absorbed and placed in positions where there is more attitude and ****** than there is service. This is the 2nd time in one year that I complain about your lack of service level.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made a part payment as I still to date have no bill and constantly get emails of threat where I am threatened that legal action will be taken against me should i not pay R150.00 today? Are you for real? Lets put this on social media again as i have doen on the Facebook page and have a paper trail. </p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE CENT TO YOU UNLESS YOU PULL YOUR FINGER OUT OF YOUR NOSE AND UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION. NO STATEMENT = NO PAYMENT = CPA!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps now you and your ****s appointed will get the message. If i get one single threatening text from you again I will take you to the cleaners for harrasment.</p>
