Closing hours

I took my ring for resizing on the 3rd of March at fourways mall american swiss , I was informed that I can come collect it on Monday the 7th of March and the lady also mentioned that I will be call to come and collect . At around 10 am on the 7th I called to find out if I could go and collect but they said it had not arrived , I called again at around 4:30 to check again as I had not still received a call and a lady told me it was there ... I rushed to go collect it and I arrived at 17:47 and the store was already closed but when I check the site they mentioned closing time being 6pm . I am upset and disappointed that I didn't receive a call as promised and when I went there no one assisted me I tried calling but no one picked up at 17:53 two ladies went out the shop and I asked why they closed early they said they close at 17:45 and I would have to come back tomorrow , this was my day off hence I did all the follow ups while no one in the shop called me and again on my arrival the store was closed before time . This is unprofessional as I waisted time and money only to be told come back tomorrow.
