Charge for a resize on a ring less than 7days

So my fianc? bought a ring for me Thursday at Westonaria, I got it Saturday it fits but just not how I want it.<br> <br> I decided will return It for resize because he was told he could do so for free within 7days.<br> <br> keeping in mind it has been the long weekend, I went now to midrand which is closer to work, i was told i need to pay R100.00 I think its a bt unfair becos provision must b given to men whom dnt no their partners ring size.. TOTALLY UNFAIR...
