chain snaps a second time

Hi there. I bought a wing pendant from american swiss in late november. Upon wearing it the chain snapped and fell off my neck. American swiss were glad to replace it and all was well. Yesterday i put the replaced pendant on gently having learned the first time and when i arrived home from diner it had snapped off my neck and luckily fell into my lap. A liytle suprised because american swiss is reputable and not too sure if i want a replacement or my money back. Please be so kind as to rectify this.
