cellphone insurance claim
Hello Peter i have made a cellphone insurance claim with American Swiss on the 9th of April 2018 and all documents required were submitted to them to my surprise on the 30th of April 2018 i have received the sms from them saying there are documents which are required which I was not advised about them when i was making a claim which i view this as unfair and being undermined and see this company as inconsiderate where as i have never missed any payment on my side for almost 3 years Please i need your intervention
