Cellphone

I purchased a cellphone from American Swiss and added insurance, which really help since the phone gave me problems from the word go and was taken for repairs twice already. Now, my phone is giving me problems again, only to find out it was cancelled due to arrears but I was never informed about it and still do not want to re-instate the insurance.<br> <br> I am really disappointment by the way things have been done, now I am stucked with phone that I never enjoyed using since I bought it due to its non-stop problems.<br>
