Cellphone

Bought a phone from American Swiss and on the 1st day, it had speaker problems, so I returned it. They exchanged the phone, but they didn't rica my sim card resulting in going back. After they Rica'd the phone, they failed to explain that the phone will primarily work with one network only for the 1st 12 months. Less then a week later, the phone is also having speaker problems and they refuse to give my money back. I have spent so much money and time calling them trying to get this issue resolved.
