Cash refund

I bought a ring for R800 on 7th December 2024 at American Swiss Mossel Bay Heiderand Mall .cash returned it on Monday 9th December 2024 but they didn't have enough cash to return my cash. Took a contact number in which they said they will call when they have the cash, didn't get any call and returned to the shop today 12th December 2024. Again the same story ,no cash and it's been 4 days already. Assistant Shunay being sarcastic saying she has only R29 in her till. I asked if it will be today still getting my cash,she answered that she can't say and took out contact details of which they have to get in contact for 4 days but didn't use. Please tell me it's not possible that American Swiss didn't make r800 on any day for these past 4 days? This is why I closed my account and now buying cash due bad service of American Swiss. I'm very unhappy
