Buy a watch at American Swiss with a good heart

I bought a watch at American Swiss early January 2015. The Glass of the watch came loose in February 2015. I went to the store, and they immediately said I could choose any watch it its place. I said I do want my same watch, as I like it. They said they don't have the same one at that store, but they have stock at other branches. They said they will order one and have it couriered to the branch which is closest to me. And so they called me a couple of days later to say it has arrived, I fetched it without any hassle.<br> Well Done to American Swiss for Excellent service.
