Broken ring

I have never been more disgusted by a product in my life. I bought my wedding ring at American Swiss for R30000 last year August and started wearing it on my wedding day which was in October, March the entire top setting of the ring comes off I took it back to the store luckily the top part did not get misplaced so they took in for repairs and told me that it's because of wear and tear and that I should not touch chemicals whilst wearing the ring of which this did not make sense to me seeing as that the ring was expensive and the only chemicals that came into contact with the ring were dish liquid and body soap I hadn't even worn the ring for more than 3months. Again today the piece came off and this time I will not take any excuses about chemicals because the ring is still clean because I take it of every time i come into contact with chemicals, the white gold on the ring doesn't even need to be resprayed. If this matter does not get resolved ASAP I will post pictures of my ring all over the internet, all over these sites where you tell customers to follow you. Believe me you do not want people browsing for wedding rings to see your faulty product that's how bad it is <br>
