Broke my ring

Sunday 17 May 2015 at 13:30 I took my bent ring to the shop to get sent in and to get fixed.<br> The one black lady behind the counter told me its because I am fat that's why it's bent. I then left the store whereby my sister took the ring back and they put it over the ring sizing stick and broke the ring where it was bent.I went back to get answers and they refuse to take responsability they will send it in and I can pay for it.A few more black people came in from outside and they spoke to them in their language and everyone started saying they also work for American Swiss. They started saying we are harassing them. They refused to do the documentation to send my ring in. I ended up leaving the store with a broken ring that wasn't broken. I bought this ring in the beginning of the year, only because my previouse ring also broke, they never informed me the ring was there 2 weeks when I phoned they had an excuse they forgot to phone me.When I got upset and wanted answers the manager kept on putting the phone down in my ear.I wasnt ****** but the fact that they broke my ring upsetted me, also the fact that they stirred other people up in their own language and then saying I harrased them
