I like buying my jewlery from american swiss though 2 items tht u have purchased from them have 'broken' few months after resizing. 1.i baught a heart shaped ring stones fell out .and they wanted to charge me over 400 to replace only 2 small ones.obviously i didnt fix it becausr it costs more than the ring itself.now i cant ware it.in august this year my biyfriend baught me a ring 'engaged'.had it resized now november month i notice the botton flat silver side is cracked.i am geting very anoyed and geting upset with the quality .this is not wat a known jewlery shop as american swiss quality is suposed to be like

02 Dec 2017, 20:24I must say after i layed a complaint i was contacted fairly quickly .the lady i spoke to was polite and said that such things tend to hspen after resizing .she informed me that the fixing will be if no charged and i gave her a code on the reciept.
It is going into a jew week wereby this will be 2nd week and u havent revievd my ring.i called the stire and i was asked did no one cobtact me for the quote to i explained everything to her and she said she will call the repairer and contact me back that was thursday its saturday and im still waiting.??????????????? Doesnt help a issue been half resolved.
