Black Friday ****

I placed an order online with American Swiss on Black Friday. When i went to the shop to collect a different item they had my delivery there but would not release it because i stated i wanted it delivered. It then took over a week before RAM couriers decided to deliver. They attempted to deliver on Saturday and only notified me of this Saturday morning. I told them i am not available and would like delivery Monday. I waited at home the whole day only for them to inform me via SMS of failed delivery as i was not home at 17h21. This was a blatent lie. When calling TFG they told me they cant deliver again and will now refund me even though i am happy to collect the parcel myself from American Swiss. This is senseless and a ****. They would rather lose a sale than fulfill it. I will NEVER shop at TFG again if this is not resolved.
