Be careful - Asked for 9ct gold but was sold silver plated chain

American Swiss - Bluff Towers - I specifically asked for a 9ct gold chain - even after saleslady showed me gold plated options which I told her on numerous occasions that I ONLY WANTED 9ct. When I got home I saw on the receipt that the chain was silver plated. I went to the store and as soon as the saleslady saw me she ducked away and the manageress and other staff member wouldn't call her out the back for me to question. Neither of them apologized on her behalf - or looked shocked. They just processed the refund. Even when I called the American Swiss Customer Care they didn't seem too shocked. BE Careful with American Swiss - they clearly do not uphold the good, trustworthy name that - in my mind at least - was always synonymous with quality and honesty. I will never buy from them again! I suggest if you buy precious stones or gold that you get it verified - you too may have been sold a incorrect quality items.
