BASH ONINE STORE WORST ONLINE STORE EVER

I have purchased a Guess watch online from American Swiss, when I received it, the watch was not working so I sent am email to the Bash Support cause it was purchased online and they said I can return it at any American Swiss Stores regardless of whether they stock the brand or not. So I went to return it on Sunday 2024-06-30 after two weeks of purchasing the watch cause you have one month to return it. Everything was in it's original packaging and the tags still on, so I get there at 9.00am when the store opens the lady that was assisting says I must come back abit later cause the lady in charge is not there and she does not know what to do. So I go out & come back, then the other lady was assisting says that she needs to contact her manager cause she does not know how to do the refund so she makes a few calls and her manager does not pick up. Then she tells me to come the next day or go to an American Swiss at another area. She was refusing to do my refund cause she did not know what to do. She says if she does not know what to do she must not do it. Is that customer service? How do you guys employ *********** people ? Eventually she calls someone and she does the refund after making me wait for close to an hour bear in mind I was the only customer they were seeing to. Then I make a payment but before making payment I ask if she has change she said yes then she delays me further by looking for change cause she did not have it in the first place. Then I just pay the whole amount when I get my slips the amount is still reflecting as the same even the refund has not been subtracted from the total so she says it takes 24 hours to update. Then I went to Sterns at another mall and ask them to check my balance and they could not pick up any of the transactions done for the day.Next day I call customer service & they told me they could not see any amounts on their side they eventually found after I explained what happened and they said the lady captured it incorrectly and its reflecting as pending. My account was only updated on Tuesday. Such terrible service. Anyone ordering from the Bash online store please don't order they sell rejected sale items and I had terrible experience in the past as well plenty of times. Makeup looks used on the sale items. Sportscence sold me filthy used sneakers. American Swiss sells broken sale watches. Terrible experience from Bash.
