BADEST QUALITY EVER - R40 000 RING NOT EVEN R1 WORTH

As my previous post, I received my 3rd "new" replacement ring, for a ring with a valuation of R39 999, I will assume they do a proper assessment before sending the product to the market. I feel so embarrass to take the ring back AGAIN!! 1st ring last 3 months, ring snapped, second ring last 2 and a half months and diamond fell out. 3rd ring last 3 weeks and again diamond fell out. I'm even to scared to wear it before I get married 29 May, what if the diamond fell out a day before wedding day?? This is beyond ridiculous, not just the quality but the effort I have for going in and out the shop to resolve this.
