Bad service received from American Swiss -Eastgate

I took my police watch for repairs at AMERICAN SWISS EASTGATE, the called me back in June with the repair price for the glass and battery, i told them to only repair the glass and leave the battery that was back in June, today I decide to call to find out on how far are they with the repair only to find out that the repair was not processed as I declined, I only declined for the battery to be exchanged, why the hell would I let them keep my watch all this months if I declined? the lady that called me in June had a nasty attitude hence this repair was not processed, I still have to pay R600 for this ridiculous service, clearly this means I wont have my watch for half a year already...simple glass exchange can take this long? this is so not acceptable....I WANT MY WATCH URGENTLY!!!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE & IT HAS TO BE DONE AS IN TODAY & I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THIS INCOMPETENCE
