Bad service ever and my mom is waisting her time and money doing up and down

My parents made layby for wedding rings then feel sick, so she was called to come collect her deposit so she went and was turned back at mokopane branch, was given another date when it came she went again she was told the customers only pay with cash and was given another date when it arrived she was told the customers uses card payments and she is a sick pensioner
