Bad service delivery

On the 20/02/2018 went to AmericanSwiss at wonderpark to buy an engagement ring and I didn't check if it had scratches at the back,well the person I bought it for didn't come for it,so I had to take it back,not worn was still in the box,and then to my surprise when I get to the shop to return it the cashier tells me she can't take it because it has scratches,and I told her that it was worn and I only found out about the scratch when I she showed it to me and was surprised,we had an argument and finally she took the ring nd said they will call me once she had consulted with her manager,went there again on Saturday and Sunday same story finally they called me yesterday to tell me to fetch the money,I couldn't go and decided to go today to my surprise they said the can't refund me today cause they don't have money.The ladies where even rude and apparently I wasn't the only one wanting the refund there where 2 people wanting refunds ,I would nd wouldn't advise someone to go there.Bad service all the way.
