Bad service

I took my wife's ring for quote repair and just assumed I accepted the quote they fixed the ring without any signed or acceptance from my side because I was only looking for a qoute, then I rejected the qoute because they are to expensive. Firstly the service was so bad and not friendly, they are money hunting monsters, trying to rob people by buying their product and I will not recommend them ever again.
