Bad service

I bought earrings last year November 2024 This year March it broke ,I have insurance for them ,went to the store to inform them I had the worst experience the lady that assisted me was very unprofessional ,the second time I went since the claim was approved even worse than before the lady has no manners at all the nerve to speak I’ll about me to other customers whiles I’m in the shop using venac thinking I don’t understand I’m speaking about Khumo Hlongwane very rude and *********,I suggest she stop working with customers and pack boxes at the back since her customers service sucks
