Bad Service

I am really disappointed on how the manager or whatever she calls herself at American Swiss (Southgate) handled my situation regarding my cellphone purchase. She told me that I can not return a cell phone I bought on the same because it's not allowed. Despite not even using the device and returning it on the same day a few hours later. To make the situation worse she gave a bad service experience and a bad attitude as she told me I am the one who chose the phone and nothing she can do to assist me. This defeats the purpose of service provision because I have to pay for a product I am not happy with. The experience was the worst and I would never dream of buying there because of one employee who put the companies name and image into disrepute.
