Bad service

I see your reply and shocked that you can even write a response like that I was thinking that when you do decide to reply you will try your best to dispute the facts of what I said about a big store like Amrican Swiss but you never go on to dispute anything showing the nation at large that everything I said is the truth. Also like to place it on record that never for once did I request Armrican Swiss to replace the ring rather I was requesting them to fix the ring properly that I was complaining about from the time i bought this ring after all this ring was supposed to serve as sentimental value to my wife as it was her wedding ring. Once again I hope no 1 finds themselves in the position I find myself after buying any ring at 1 of your stores.......
