Bad service at Eastrand mall American Swiss

I took my timberland Blake watch to American Swiss on the 26 June 2022 for replacement of straps and a battery and I was told they it would take 4 to 6 weeks. 3 months later still not received in good order. The easy rand mall manager promises to call and she doesn’t then they call me to collect I got there and it’s not repaired. Later I’m called back again and the straps are wrong, American Swiss easy rand mall is very poorly run with continuous excuses and blaming others. I would not recommend them to anyone, I paid R2200 for a watch that they can’t repair and it’s not even a major repair it’s just a replacement of parts that should be easy, imagine if I had taken it in for repairs I would just have to buy a new one. Pathetic appalling service indeed.
