Bad service and quality

Good afternoon

I guess i just have a bad luck with American Swiss.

Last year in November there was a buy 1, get 1 free special and i bought 2 Minx watches for me and a friend. The watch stopped working on the 25th January 2025. I went to report the matter at American Swiss Stanger where i bought the watch on the 28 January 2025 and they toom the watch details, the lady that was helping me said it will take about 4 working days for them to replace the watch so i must return home with the one that’s not working. Till today I haven’t received any call from them.
