Bad service and client feedback
I wrote a previous review on American Swiss. We brought an diamond engagement ring 8n December 2021. 2 months later one diamond is lost. Long story short.... On my previous review the following response: Your request has been resolved on 11-Mar-2022 with reference number CS-645354,
This was never resolved, received a call from the branch manager stating he will call me at least on Monday to provide feedback.... NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL YESTERDAY!!
I WILL NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM YOU!
