Bad service - American Swiss

I ordered a gift for a friend which was meant to be delivered to her today, on her 40th birthday. Was sent an email that it will be delivered yesterday. The gift was never delivered. I followed up with them, was sent from pillar to post. Spoke to Clinton and Greer at the Head office. Was told they do not deal with this and will put me through the department that deals with it. The department is closed due to COVID - lol. You will think that Clinton would have known this. The gift has still not been delivered and my experience with them is that they do not know what they are doing. Terrible experience
